Higher Paper A Update

Following feedback we have updated Higher Paper A as follows:

Amended Q6 to start array index at 0 rather than 1 (the previous question is correct but starting with an index of 0 is in keep with the SQA reference language).
Amended a typo in Q7(d) in the name of the variables in the trace and updated the array index to begin at 0.
Additions to the marking scheme for Q6 to allow alternatives to boolean option in question
